摘要
某换热器部分壳层管束穿孔泄露。检验分析结果表明,腐蚀产物主要为铁与氧的化合物。穿孔部位除冲刷作用外,在氯离子作用下管束表面形成坑状点腐蚀,导致换热器管束穿孔失效。通过降低介质中氯离子的含量,将碳钢管束更换为奥氏体不锈钢以及外加阴极保护等方法有效解决了换热器泄露问题。
Partial shell tube bundles of a heat exchanger got perforated leaked. Check analysis result showed that thecorrosion products are mainly the compounds of iron and oxygen. Besides scouring action,the perforated part also resulted inperforated failure of heat exchanger tube bundles under the effect of chloridion which got pitting corrosion formed inperforated part. By reducing the content of chloridion in the medium,changing carbon steel tube bundles to austeniticstainless steel and adding cathodic protection,the leak problem was effectively solved.
