The paper describes municipal engineering budget compilation status,analyzes the important role of engineering budget in municipal engineering construction,and explores specific measures of improving municipal engineering budget compilation quality,such as cultivating highquality compiling staff,improving management level and grasping market conditions and so on,so as to guarantee municipal engineering construction smooth.
