摘要
通过分析当前高职计算机专业人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了"平台+方向+订单+专业拓展"的课程体系,校企共同优化了人才培养方案、人才培养模式等,并进行了实践,实现了专业设置与产业需求对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、职业教育与终身学习对接,提高了人才培养质量,提升了学生的就业核心竞争力。
By analyzing current issues Computer Professional training model, proposes a ＂platform ＋ direction ＋ Orders ＋ professional development＂ curriculum, schools and enterprises to optimize the talent training program, personnel training mode, and practice to achieve setting the industry needs professional docking, curriculum content and professional standards butt, butt vocational education and lifelong learning, improving the quality of personnel training, to enhance the students＇ employment core competitiveness.
