摘要
通过不同企业中的276个样本进行问卷调查,研究了情绪智力和工作满意度对组织承诺的影响。结果表明:情绪智力与情感承诺和规范承诺呈显著正相关,但与持续承诺相关不显著;总体工作满意度与规范承诺的相关最强,其次是情感承诺,而与持续承诺的相关最弱;内部工作满意度能够有效预测情感承诺和规范承诺,而外部工作满意度能够有效预测持续承诺。
Through the questionnaire survey to 276 samples of different enterprises, this paper studies the influence of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The results show that the emotional intelligence and emotional commitment and normative commitment have significant positive correlation, but is not significantly related to the continued commitment; overall job satisfaction has strongest relation with normative commitment, followed by emotional commitment, and has weakest relation with continuous commitment; the internal job satisfaction can effectively predict the emotional commitment and normative commitment, and external job satisfaction can effectively predict continued commitment.
