摘要
学徒制在东西方国家都有悠久的发展历史,为推进各国的经济和社会发展做出了重要贡献。很多国家高度重视学徒制培训在增加就业机会方面所起的重要作用。在借鉴传统学徒制优点的基础上,积极发展现代学徒制,使之成为世界各国人才培养的重要形式之一。现代学徒制在各级各类职业学校和行业企业都有着广泛的运用。
Apprenticeship has a long development history in Eastern and Western countries, it has made important contributions for promoting economic and social development of countries. Many countries pay great importance to the important role of apprenticeship training to increase employment opportunities in the plays. Drawing on traditional apprenticeship on the basis of merit, modern apprenticeship has actively developed to become one of the important personnel training for many countries in the world. Modern Apprenticeships have widely used in various vocational schools and industries and enterprises at all levels.
