摘要
目的探讨保乳手术对早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2010~2013年收治的54例早期乳腺癌患者,根据个人意愿将其分为2组,观察组实施保乳手术,对照组接受改良根治术。观察并比较两组患者术中、术后情况,乳房外形美容效果以及术后局部复发情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量和住院时间少于对照组,且乳房外形美容效果优良率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论保乳手术可减少患者术中出血量、术后引流量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,且对乳房外形的美容效果较好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer. Methods 54 cases of early breast cancer patients were selected from 2010 to 2013,according to personal wishes will be divided into two groups,the observation group to implement breastconserving surgery,control group received modified radical mastectomy. Results The operative time,blood loss,postoperative drainage and hospital stay in observation group were significantly less than the control group,and excellent rate of breast appearance was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery can reduce the amount of bleeding,postoperative drainage,shorten the operation time and hospital stay.
