摘要
目的分析复方丹参滴丸的不良反应,并提出合理用药措施。方法选自我院2011年3月~2015年2月所收治的服用复方丹参滴丸治疗的患者,共368例,回顾性分析其临床资料,对于患者所出现的不良反应进行分析。结果 368例患者中有82例出现不同程度的不良反应,包括消化系统不良反应、心血管系统不良反应、神经系统不良反应以及过敏等。结论通过对复方丹参滴丸不良反应的深入分析,实施合理用药方案,可降低服药者不良反应的发生率。
Objective To analysis of compound danshen dropping pill adverse reactions,and puts forward measures for the rational use of drugs.Methods From March 2011 to February 2015,a total of 368 cases treated by compound danshen dropping pill treatment were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data,for patient＇s adverse reactions were analyzed. Results 368 patients with 82 cases in different degree of adverse reactions,including the digestive system,nervous system,cardiovascular system adverse reaction adverse reactions and allergies. Conclusion Through in-depth analysis of the compound danshen dropping pill adverse reaction,the implementation scheme for the rational use of drugs,can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to medication.
