摘要 随着科学技术水平的不断提升,曲面自由设计及加工技术被广泛应用于现代制造业,同时由于计算机及CAD技术的持续发展,使得自由曲面产品设计及加工更为容易。在明晰复杂曲面数控加工技术发展现状的前提下,基于现存实物模型,采用数字化扫描技术将样本产品CAD模型重新构造,再运用CAD或CAM技术对产品施以改进、修形和制造,从而完成产品模型的全过程。 With the continuous improvement of science and technology, curved surface free design and processing technology is widely used in the process of modern manufacturing. Due to the continuous development of computer and CAD technology, it is easy to design and manufacture the free curved surface products. On the premise of the present situation of complex curved surface NC machining technology, based on the existing natural model, the CAD model of the sample product is reconstructed by using digital scanning technology, and the product is improved, corrected and manufactured by using CAD or CAM technology, so as to complete the whole process of product model.
