摘要
[目的]科学客观地了解和把握西宁市游客满意度现状及问题,探寻影响西宁游客满意度的因素,进一步规范旅游市场秩序,完善旅游公共服务,提升旅游服务质量。[方法]以调查问卷的形式,从旅游相关行业、旅游环境、旅游公共服务3方面设计25个问题,采用调查问卷所得数据,通过公式计算出游客满意度。[结果]西宁市旅游相关行业以及各种服务要素的满意度大部分在75分以下,旅游环境、旅游公共服务的满意度在76分左右,满意度水平较低。[结论]西宁市应该从"大旅游"的理念和意识认知游客满意度工作;进一步发挥政府主导职能,做好提升游客满意度工作;立足城市旅游发展战略,提升食、住、行、购、娱等环节的配套设施和服务;建立良好的价格监督机制,提升游客对价格的满意度。
[Objective] To scientifically and objectively understand and grasp of the status quo and problems of tourist satisfaction in Xining,explore influencing factors on tourist satisfaction,further standardize the tourism market order,perfect the tourism public services,improve the quality of tourism services. [Method]25 questions were designed from 3 aspects of tourism related industries,tourism environment,tourism public services,data were obtained through questioniare investigation,and tourists satisfaction was calculated with formula. [Result]The satisfaction degree of tourism related industries and various service elements almost are below 75,satisfaction degree of tourism environment and tourism public service is about 76. [Conclusion] Xining City should understand tourist satisfaction degree work from concept and consciousness of"big tourism"; further play the leading role of the government,improve the satisfaction of tourists; based on the city tourism development strategy,enhance food,live,travel,shopping,entertainment and other aspects of supporting facilities and services; establish a good price monitoring mechanism to improve tourists satisfaction degree on price.
