摘要
目前我国大学生因创业能力低下而导致创业成功率偏低,追根溯源,其中很重要的原因在于我国基础教育阶段职业生涯教育欠缺;高等教育阶段重理论、轻实践,课程设置不合理,师资力量不足,培养模式与市场变化不匹配;政府鼓励大学生积极创业政策执行力不足;社会大环境对于创业的认可度低、支持率低等。解决这一问题的根本对策在于基础教育阶段要普遍开设生涯教育课程;高等教育阶段各高校领导应高度重视,教务部门应细化课程设置分支,人事部门应加大师资力量投入;政府应加大对高校创业教育的支持力度,将政策落到实处,简化大学生创业的手续,加大投资力度,完善创业失败保障制度;除此之外,社会各个层面都应进一步加强对大学生创业的支持。
At present,college students＇ entrepreneurial capacity is low,which leads to a lower business success rate. One important reason is lacking vocational education during the basic educational stage when tracing origins. Higher educational stage lays emphasis on the theory study but contempt practice and apart from that,it is also influenced by unreasonable curriculum,insufficient teacher,unmatched educational mode and market change,inadequate governmental executive force to encourage college student to start a business,low recognition and support rate to entrepreneurship from society. Countermeasures to solve this problem is to offer career educational curriculum in general educational stage,the leader of which in higher educational stage should attach importance to. Academic departments should refine the curriculum branch and personnel departments should increase investment in teachers; the government should increase education support for university entrepreneurship, implement the policy, simplify students＇ start business procedures,increase investment and improve the business failure protection system. Apart from this,all levels of society should further strengthen its support for entrepreneurship students,and enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of college students through co- working of schools,government,society and entrepreneurs.
