摘要
利用硫酸对棉纤维进行水解,分析硫酸质量浓度及水解时间对棉纤维分子结构的影响。研究表明,硫酸水解前后棉纤维晶型结构保持纤维素Ⅰ不变,棉纤维水解程度在硫酸质量分数为5%~30%,水解时间30~150min范围,随着硫酸质量分数的增加,水解时间的延长而加大,而棉纤维结晶度随着水解程度的增加而降低。
Sulfuric acid was used to hydrolyze cotton fiber to research molecular structure of cotton fiber impacted by sulfuric acid hydrolysis.Studies showed that crystal structure of cotton fiber remains the same before and after acid hydrolysis,hydrolysis degree of cotton fiber increased in 5% ~30% of mass fraction of sulfuric acid and 30min~150min of hydrolysis time.However,the crystallinity of cotton fiber decreased with the hydrolysis degree increasing.
