摘要
对二氧化碳气泡群在不同质量分数的甘油水溶液中的气液传质过程进行了研究。利用二氧化碳探针测定了不同操作条件下二氧化碳的体积传质系数,通过图像处理技术得到了气泡群的界面面积,考察了液相质量分数,气体流量对体积传质系数、界面面积和传质系数的影响。结果表明:体积传质系数均随气体流量的增大而增大,随溶液质量分数的增大而减小。气体流量通过影响界面面积对传质速率产生作用,而甘油水溶液的质量分数对传质速率的影响则归因于黏度对传质系数的影响。
The mass transfer processes of carbon dioxide bubble swarm in different mass fraction glycerol aqueous solutions were researched. The volumetric mass transfer coefficient and interracial area were determined by carbon dioxide probe and photographic method respectively. The effects of the liquid phase mass fraction and gas flow rate on volumetric mass transfer coefficient, interfacial area and mass transfer coefficient were analyzed. The results show that the volumetric mass transfer coefficient increases with the increase of gas flow rate, but decreases with the increase of glycerol aqueous solution mass fraction. Gas flow rate influences gas/liquid mass transfer rate due to the effect on the interracial area, and the influence of liquid phase mass fraction on mass transfer rate should be attributed to the variation of liquid phase viscosity.
