摘要
为了研究微波辅助酶法提取姜黄中姜黄素的工艺,以姜黄素收率为考核指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对姜黄素提取工艺进行优化。优选姜黄素的最佳酶解辅助提取工艺为:酶用量9.8 mg/g,酶解时间75 min,酶解p H值4.7,酶解温度43℃。所建立的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,为进一步工业化生产提供理论依据。
Curcumin from Curcuma longa was extracted by microwave- assisted enzyme extraction process. Based on the single factor experiment,the optimal extraction technology was optimized by response surface methodology with curcumin yield as the detective marker. The optimum extraction condition were as follows: cellulase dosage9. 8 mg / g,enzymolysis time 75 min,p H 4. 7,enzymolysis temperature 43 ℃. The extraction process is reasonable and scientific,and it could be used in future large- scaled preparation.
