摘要
如何确保直接空冷机组在夏季高峰负荷期间安全、经济、满负荷运行,是近年来遇到的新课题。通过对大型直接空冷机组加装直接喷淋装置、蒸发式凝汽器、表面式凝汽器3种技术方案的对比研究,从多个方面对其性能进行了分析,并提出了适用条件,可供电厂技术改造时参考。为了便于比较不同加装方案的效能,首次提出了单位耗水量背压下降值指标,可作为改造方案论证的重要依据。
In recent years, there is a new subject that how to ensure direct air cooling unit running at full load safely and economically during summer peak load. There are three technical schemes which is to install direct sprinkler, evaporative condenser or surface condenser in large direct air cooling units respectively. By comparing and researching these schemes, this paper analyzed those performance from many aspects and put forward applicable conditions which can provide a reference for plant transformation. In order to compare the performance of different installation schemes conveniently, the index of unit water consumption hack pressure decrease value is first proposed in this paper which can be an important basis to proof the rehabilitation scheme.
