摘要
目的观察不同方法治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性研究2014年9月至2015年3月在厦门眼科中心整形科门诊治疗的新生儿泪囊炎患儿216例(275只眼),根据不同年龄段及以往治疗情况行按摩治疗、泪道加压冲洗、泪道探通留管治疗。结果所有病例经以上综合治疗后全部治愈,按摩疗法治愈34只眼,加压冲洗治愈59只眼,泪道探通留管治愈182只眼。结论泪囊按摩可作为3个月前新生儿泪囊炎的保守治疗,硬膜外麻醉导管(内置钢丝)探通留管术可一次性有效治愈新生儿泪囊炎,减少二次探通的几率,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different therapies on neonatal dacryocystitis at different ages. Methods A retrospective case study,A total of 216 outpatients（ 275 eyes） with neonatal dacryocystitis were selected from September 2014 to March 2015 in the department of Xiamen Eye Center. Treatment methods included lacrimal sac,pressure washing and probing of lacrimal passage combined with cathetering. Depending on the patient＇s ages and actual condition. Results All case were cured. Of 275 eyes,lacrimal sac massage cured 34 eyes,lacrimal passage pressure washing cured 59 eyes,probing of lacrimal passage combined with cathetering cured 182 eyes. Conclusion Lacrimal sac massage in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis is simple and easy,which is just suitable for patients younger than 3 months.Probing of lacrimal passage combined with cathetering can cure neonatal dacryocystitis for once,which was very effective.
