摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了不同配比的PP/煤粉/乙炔黑复合材料,并对复合材料的抗静电性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:煤粉/乙炔黑配合体能提高复合材料的抗静电性能和冲击强度。在其质量分数为20%时表面和体积电阻率达到最低,分别为2.71×10~6Ω和2.28×10~7Ω/cm。主要原因是导电粒子煤粉/乙炔黑在PP基体中形成导电通道。当配合体含量为5%时,复合材料冲击强度最大,即22.48kJ/m^2。
The PP/pulverized coal/acetylene black composites with different proportions were prepared by melt blending.The antistatic and mechanical properties of composites were tested and analyzed.The results showed that pulverized coal/acetylene black could improve the antistatic property and impact strength.When the content of pulverized coal/acetylene black arrived 20wt%,the surface resistivity and volume resistivity hold minimum value,they respectively were2.71×10-6Ωand 2.28×10-7Ω/cm.The main reason for this was the formation conducting pathway in PP.When the content of pulverized coal/acetylene black arrived 5wt%,the impact strength arrived the peak(22.48kJ/m-2).
