萃取精馏处理低浓度正丁醇废液与正丁醇回收提纯

摘要 低于恒沸组成的低浓度正丁醇废液,污水排放不达标,采用传统方法分离能耗较高.本文研究先经过闪蒸过程除去大部分水以后,倾析分离醇相和水相,水相循环进行闪蒸,醇相进萃取塔分离,加入萃取剂1,4-丁二醇,使两醇相和水先分离,脱水效果明显改善,然后回收萃取剂并分离提纯正丁醇,由于萃取剂和正丁醇相对挥发度相差很大,故可以得到较高的回收率,从而使水和正丁醇得到较大程度的分离.此方案可使正丁醇的回收率达到95%以上,纯度达至98.5%以上.并采用AspenPlus模拟软件,对闪蒸和精馏塔进行设计与校核. Low concentration n -butyl alcohol wastewater that below the azeotropic does not meet the sewage discharge standard. This paper studies the scheme as follows. After the first flash process to remove most of the water, alcohol phase and aqueous phase would be separated by the following decantation. After then, aqueous phase would be cycled back to flash and alcohol phase be sent into extraction column for further separtion. In the extraction column,the extractant 1,4 -butanediol is added to make the separation of two alcohol phase and water, which obviouly improves the dehydration effect. And finally, the extractant will be recycled and the n - butyl alcohol be purified. Due to large difference in relative volatility between extractant and n - butanlo, a higher recovery rate will be obtained and a greater degree of separation of n - butanlo from water will be realized. This scheme can get the recovery rate over 95% and the purity above 98.5% for n -butanol. By using the Aspen Plus simulation, the flash and distillation column are designen and checked.
