摘要
为了研究不同种源地山杏苗木的抗旱能力,对9个种源地山杏苗木生长指标对干旱胁迫的响应进行了比较研究,结果显示:在轻度胁迫、中度胁迫时,山杏苗木生长受影响不明显,重度胁迫时影响显著。且不同种源地山杏对干旱胁迫的响应存在一定差异,但生长指标对其响应规律基本一致:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,各项指标均减少,只有根冠比增加,且处于重度干旱胁迫时,根冠比增大更为明显。9个种源区可初步分为4类:通辽、赤城、银川、张家口为一类;清水河、岢岚为一类;阳高为一类;志丹、吴起为一类。可以认为4类的抗旱性依次降低。
In order to study the growth indexes of Prunus ansu drought resistance of Prunus ansu from different provenances, the responses of the from nine provenances in seedling stage to drought stress have been results show that the growth of Prunus ansu hasn't been influenced obviously in mil while it has been influenced obviously in severe drought stress. There are different compared. The d and medium drought stress, responses to drought stress for Prunus ansu from different provenances, but the response laws of growth indexes are basically consistent. With the increase of drought stress, all the indexes decrease except for the root -shoot ratio, especially in severe dwu^t stress it increases obviously. The nine provenances can be divided into four classes: Tongliao, Chicheng, Yinchuan and Zhangjiakou are in one class;Qingshuihe, Kelan are in one class;Yanggao is in one class ;Zhidan,Wuqi are in one class. Drought resistance of four classes can be considered in a declining order.
