摘要
将全寿命周期效益成本管理的思想运用到公路工程中,对公路工程特点结合全寿命周期各阶段(包括从投资决策到规划设计、招投标、施工、竣工决算及运营维护阶段等)的效益成本管理进行分析和研究,构建了一个完整的公路工程全寿命周期效益成本管理体系。
This paper presents a framework of a life cycle benefit-cost analysis system for highway projects. The components of a typical life cycle benefit-cost analysis system are outlined for all stages of a highway project. The items of benefits and costs are identified and illustrated with necessary flowcharts and main equations.
