摘要
以某博物馆工程钢结构焊接为例,从焊接工艺评定、焊接材料选用、焊接工艺流程、焊接工艺参数、焊接顺序、焊后等几个方面对高强度钢Q420C的现场焊接技术进行了研究,通过实践,达到了预定的效果,总结出了高强度钢Q420C现场焊接工艺,为今后高强度钢的应用和焊接提供了参考。
Taking the steel structure welding of one museum as an example,the paper studies site welding technology of high strength steel Q420 Cfrom the aspects of welding procedure qualification,welding materials selection,welding process,welding parameters,welding sequence and post-weld inspection.Expected effect is achieved through practice,welding technology of high strength steel Q420 Cis summarized,providing valuable insight to the future application and welding of high strength steel.
