摘要
TPX2蛋白是一种微管相关蛋白,参与有丝分裂纺锤体的形成,及纺锤体稳定性的维持。研究发现TPX2在多种恶性肿瘤组织中有高表达,这些组织表现为中心体的异常扩增,异倍体的形成以及细胞的恶性转化。TPX2在肿瘤形成中有重要作用。阻断TPX2蛋白的表达可以抑制肿瘤的生长,增加机体对治疗的敏感性,这可能会为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点。
TPX2 is a micro-associated protein that associates with the formation and stability of the mitotic spindle. Research finds that TPX2 has a higher expression in different human tumor tissues, which show disordered phenomena including abnormal amplification of centrosome, formation of aneuploidy, malignant cell transformation. TPX2 plays an important role in the formation of tumors. Blocking the expression of TPX2 can control of the development of tumor, which can improve the therapeutic sensitivity. TPX2 may be a potential target for tumor therapy.
