雾化吸入γ干扰素对免疫低下肺炎的疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨雾化吸入γ干扰素治疗免疫低下肺炎患者的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择住院患者78例,随机分为对照组38例,采用常规抗炎、祛痰、止咳等对症治疗,治疗组40例在对照组常规治疗的基础上应用雾化吸入γ干扰素100万U,1次/d,连续使用14 d。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效及免疫指标的变化。结果治疗组患者总有效率、退热时间及部分临床症状改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD4+细胞的计数及CD+4与CD+8细胞比值较治疗前有显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入γ干扰素可提高患者免疫功能,恢复自身细胞防御机制,有利于控制感染。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of inhaled Interferon- γ on immunocompromised pneumonia patients and their immune function. Methods 78 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into study group( 40 cases) and control group( 38 cases). In control group,the patients were treated by routine drugs and therapy,such as antibiotics,expectorant,cough relieving drugs and symptomatic treatment. In study group,the patients were given inhaled Interferon- γ by nebulizer on the basis of routine treatment for consecutive 14 days. The clinical effects and immune biomarkers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Treatment group total effective rate,antifebrile time and some clinical symptom improvement were superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Treatment group after treatment of CD+4cell count and CD+4and CD+8cells ratio than before treatment significantly increased( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Inhalation of Interferon- γ may improve the immune function,recover the self defending mechanism and be benefit to the infection control.
