摘要
目的调查哮喘患儿家长对儿童哮喘的认知和管理水平并分析其影响因素,为健康教育提供依据。方法选取2014年3-12月在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院呼吸科就诊的哮喘儿童的家长479例,采用自编问卷调查家长对儿童哮喘的认知管理水平,并分析影响因素。结果文化程度、应对方式、患儿病程及家族史不同,其认知管理水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。文化程度大学及以上组、高中组认知管理明显高于小学及以下组、初中组;积极应对组认知管理明显高于消极应对组;患儿病程2年以上组认知管理处于最高水平;有家族史组认知管理明显高于无家族史组。结论文化程度、应对方式、患儿病程及家族史是影响家长认知管理水平的主要因素。医务人员应根据家长具体情况采取针对性的教育措施,以提高其认知管理水平。
Objective To investigate cognitive and management levels of asthmatic children′s parents and analyze the influential factors,and to provide reference for health education.Methods 479 asthmatic children′s parents were enrolled and their cognitive and management levels were studied with a self-designed questionnaire,and the potential influential factors were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in terms of cognitive and management levels of parents with different literacy levels,coping styles,disease courses and family history(P〈0.05).Cognitive and management levels in parents with a literacy level of college or above and senior high school were significantly higher than those with a literacy level of elementary school and junior high school.Cognitive and management levels of positive coping style group were significantly higher than those of negative coping style group.Parents whose children had more than 2years of disease course showed the highest cognitive and management level.Compared with those without family history,parents with family history were higher in terms of general level,medical knowledge cognition level and medical management level.Conclusion Literacy level,coping style,disease course and family history are main factors influencing the cognitive and management level of parents.Health workers should provide pertinent training for asthmatic children′s parents to increase their cognitive and management levels.
