摘要
目的体外评价载银纳米羟磷灰石对牙釉质早期龋的脱矿和再矿化效果。方法本研究拟利用显微硬度仪和X射线光电子能谱仪检测技术,检测载银纳米羟磷灰石对牙釉质早期龋脱矿和再矿化后牙釉质显微硬度的改变,以及牙釉质表面氟含量的变化,初步体外评价载银纳米羟磷灰石对牙釉质早期龋的脱矿和再矿化效果。结果经载银纳米羟磷灰石处理的牙釉质表面钙释出率低,再矿化后釉质显微硬度恢复较好,氟含量较高。结论载银纳米羟磷灰石可抑制牙釉质早期龋脱矿,促进其再矿化。
Objective To evaluate the effect of silver/hydroxyapatite nanoparticles on demineralization and remineralization of enamel in vitro.Methods Microhardness tester and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer were used to observe the alteration of microhardness and fluoride distribution on the enamel before and after remineralization of teeth.The effect of silver/hydroxyapatite nanoparticles on demineralization and remineralization of enamel was preliminary evaluated.Results After silver/hydroxyapatite nanoparticles treatment,the calcium release rate on enamel surface was the lower;after remineralization,the microhardness recovery was better,and the fluoride content was relatively high.Conclusion Silver/hydroxyapatite nanoparticles can inhibit the demineralization and promote the remineralization of early caries of enamel.
