摘要 摘要:目的探讨应用负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)JKaK解决毁损性断肢再植中创面缺损的问题。方法本组10例毁损性断肢再植后利用VSD技术,清除创面坏死组织,促使肉芽组织生长,Ⅱ期行创面植皮或皮瓣修复。结果本组创面均完全恢复,2例肉芽组织生长后表皮自行生长修复创面,7例植皮愈合,1例股前外侧皮瓣修复愈合。结论VSD作为覆盖毁损性断肢创面的首选材料,对促进创面愈合、减少骨髓炎、降低截肢率有很大作用。 Objective To study the effect of VSD technique to repair the soft tissue defect of damage wound of amputated limb. Methods VSD were used in 10 cases with amputated limb after replantation to debridement the necrosis soft tissue, to promote granulation tissue grow, and then repaired by skin graft or skin flap. Results The wound surface recovered completely, in 2 cases the epidermis grow automatically after granulation grow, in 7 cases the skin graft healed, in 1 case the anterolateral thigh flap healed. Conclusion VSD can promote wound surface healing, reduce myelitis and reduce the amputation rate.
