以指动脉背侧穿支为蒂的指侧方皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结应用以指动脉背侧穿支为蒂的指侧方血管链式皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法2008年10月-2014年5月.对35例手指中末节软组织缺损病例采用以指动脉背侧穿支为蒂的指侧方皮瓣修复,18例皮瓣携带指背侧神经。结果本组35例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访4~12个月,皮瓣外形满意、柔软、耐摩擦,带指背侧神经的皮瓣两点辨别觉为6-11mm,手指屈、伸功能满意。结论以指动脉背侧穿支为蒂的指侧方皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损,属邻近转移皮瓣,切取方便,创伤小,皮瓣内可携带指背侧神经制成感觉皮瓣,不损伤指动脉主干,是修复手指微小创面的良好选择之一。 Objective To summarize the clinical effect of repair of finger soft tissue defect with laterotergalpedicleflap by perforating branches of the dorsal digital artery. Methods From October 2008 to May 2014, 35 patients with soft tissue defect in distal and middle segments of the finger were repaired with laterotergalpedicleflap by perforating branches of the dorsal digital artery, and 18 were done with flaps with dorsal digital nerve. Results All 35 cases of flaps survived completely. Postoperatively, patients were followed up for 4 to 12 months. Flaps had a satisfactory appearance, with flexibility and abrasion resistance. Two-point discrimination of the flap with dorsal digital nerve restored from 6 to 11 ram. Fingers had satisfactory flexion and extension. Conclusion Repair of finger soft tissue defect with laterotergalpedicleflap by perforating branches of the dorsal digital artery belongs to an adjacent flap transfer. It is one of the best options for repair of tiny and small digital wounds due to its easy incision, sensory flaps made by dorsal digital nerves within the flap, and no damage to the main digital artery.
