摘要
研究了在pH为6.7的醋酸-醋酸钠介质中,钇(Ⅲ)与氧氟沙星形成的配合物的荧光特性,并建立了测定氧氟沙星的荧光光度新方法.结果表明:在常温下,激发狭缝为10nm,发射狭缝为5nm,荧光激发波长为292.0nm,发射波长为470.9nm处,钇(Ⅲ)与氧氟沙星形成的二元配合物有灵敏的荧光发射峰;氧氟沙星在6.0×10-2~1.0μmol/L范围内与体系的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 3,该方法的检出限为1.6nmol/L.本方法操作简单、灵敏度高,用于氧氟沙星片剂的分析,结果令人满意.
The fluorescence characteristics formed by yttrium(Ⅲ)and ofloxacin complexes were investigated with acetic acida-sodium acetic acid buffer solution(pH = 6.7).The results showed that the ofloxacin binary complexes fluorescence had a sensitive fluorescence emission peak when excitation wavelength 292.0nm and emission wavelength 470.9nm,the excitation slit 10 nm and emission slit 5nm at normal temperature.The linear range of the complex system was 6.0 × 10-2 to 1.0μmol/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 3.The detection limit was 1.6nmol/L.The method is easy to operate,with high sensitivity,and is proved to be satisfactory for its application into the determination of ofloxacin drug in tablets.
