摘要
建立腐蚀钢绞线的断裂效应分布模型是基于概率理论计算腐蚀预应力混凝土构件剩余承载力的基础.以前期氯盐腐蚀钢绞线蚀坑尺寸测量统计试验工作为基础,采用有限元模拟和概率统计方法建立了不同平均腐蚀程度钢绞线在不同平均应力水平下的断裂效应分布模型.
Modeling the fracture effect distribution of corroded steel strands is one of the bases for calculating the residual bearing capacity of prestressed concrete members with probabilistic method.The measurement and statistic of pits sizes on corroded steel strand samples had done in previous work,which is used as the pits database for further analysis in this paper.Using the methods of finite element and probability statistics,the distribution models of fracture effect of steel strands with varied average corrosion rate and average stress are built.
