摘要
静电纺丝技术是制备纳米纤维便捷有效的方法,该法采用聚合物为络合剂,与金属盐反应制得前驱体溶液,将前驱体溶液置于高压电场中进行喷丝,得到微米、纳米级纤维膜,通过煅烧可得到陶瓷纳米纤维.该技术已经成功应用于过滤材料、支架材料、光催化材料、磁性材料、电极材料等领域.作者结合近年来电纺丝研究成果,主要介绍了电纺丝纤维膜在医药领域与电纺纳米纤维在功能陶瓷材料制备方面的应用.
Electrospinning is one of the most convenient and effective ways for preparing nanofibers with poly mer as complexing agent. And the precursor solution was obtained by reacting with metal alkoxides. A high voltage electrical potential was applied to the precursor solution to generate micro/nanofibers fiber membranes. Ceramic nanofibers were obtained after calcinations. The electrospinning technique has been applied successfully in many fields such as filter materials, scaffold materials, photocatalytic engineering, magnetic materials and electrode materials. This article gave a brief review focused on the preparation of electrospun nanofibers and their applications in the fields of medicine and functional ceramic.
