摘要
根据低附带毁伤战斗部对破片材料的要求,在传统金属材料破片研究的基础上,探究某新型非金属Ce材料破片的近场杀伤效能及远场附带杀伤距离。在同种装药结构与配比度的情况下,研究了两种材料的破片比动能随飞行距离的变化规律。利用LS-DYNA软件进行模拟,对比两种破片的初速;并探究新型Ce材料的毁伤威力过程。研究表明,威力场内Ce球形破片杀伤动能比钨破片高,过渡场杀伤威力迅速衰减,过渡场外杀伤动能几乎为零。因此低附带毁伤弹药可选用Ce材料球形破片作为杀伤元。
To study the fragment material for low collateral damage,under the study of traditional metal materials,study new nonmetal Ce materials compared with under the same condition at charge structure and content,studying the damage efficiency and attendant destruction distance with two kinds of fragment materials. The velocity of two kinds of material was compared,and the destructive power of the new Ce material was studied using LS-DYNA software. Result shows that within close distance,the killing kinetic energy of Ce spherical fragment is higher than wolfram,collateral damage for long distance is very small,so the spherical fragment ammunition of Ce material is good for the low collateral damage.
