摘要
介绍了影响呋喃树脂砂质量的因素:原砂和回用旧砂的灼减量、酸耗值、微粉含量、含泥量、颗粒度、砂温等。通过对以上影响因素的研究,讨论了这些因素对型砂质量的影响作用,并根据现场生产实际,提出了改进树脂砂质量的应对措施。最后指出,采用呋喃树脂自硬砂生产铸件的铸造企业,必须建立质量控制标准,明确规定原砂和旧砂回用砂灼减量、酸耗值、微粉含量、含泥量、颗粒度、砂温等影响因素的合理控制范围,并建立快速、高效的检验机制,对由于各影响因素波动导致的质量问题要有明确的解决措施。
The factors influencing furan sand quality were introduced as follows:LOI,acid demand value,miro-grains content,clay content,grain size and temperature,et al. of the raw sand and recycled sand. By investigating above mentioned factors,the influencing effects of those factors on moulding sand quality were discussed. And based on the practical situation of the productive field,the countermeasures to improve furan sand quality were proposed. Finally it was pointed out that,for the foundries using furan sand to produce castings,it's necessary to establish quality control standard,definitely prescribe the rational control range of LOI,acid demand value,micro-grains content,clay content, grain size and temperature,et al. of the raw sand and recycled sand,and establish fast and high efficient inspection mechanism,and it's necessary to have definite countermeasures to solve the quality problems caused due to various factors fluctuation.
