通过对牛肉及其下脚料的生物酶解以及美拉德反应工艺研究试验获得了牛肉风味的宠物诱食剂,产品以牛肉香为主,纯正柔和,耐高温性好。
Through the biological enzymolysis and maillard reaction to the beef and scraps,we obtained the production technology of beef flavor pet attractant.The product was given priority to with beef flavor,soft,pure and good high temperature resistance.
