摘要
结合现场考察报告和专家系统知识,设计了SABC流程专家系统。现场应用实际表明,该系统对提高台时处理量、降低钢耗能耗有明显作用,同时系统可对SABC流程中每个阶段的顽石量、功率、磨矿浓度、轴压和重板开启情况等进行监测,防止异常情况发生,对减少现场停车、涨肚、拉稀等现象具有显著效果。
By integrating on-site inspection reports and expert system theories,an expert system of semi-autogenous grinding / ball-grinding / crush processes( SABC) was constructed. The practical application of system showed effective performance in enhancing the hourly handling capacity per unit miller and reducing the consumption of steel media and energy. Furthermore, by monitoring the hard rock amount for each stage, the machine power, the grinding concentration,the axial load and the heavy plate operation,the system can prevent abnormal circumstances from occurrence,showing a significant effect on minimizing the occurrence of shutdown,overload for miller and low sediment concentration for hydrocyclone.
