刨煤机刨刀间距对煤岩跃进破碎及产尘的影响

摘要 针对刨刀破碎煤岩的能耗及产尘问题,通过刨刀不同刀间距的测试试验,研究了不同煤岩(抗压强度为4 MPa、8 MPa、12 MPa)对刨煤机刨刀阶跃破碎参数和产尘量的影响.研究结果表明:刨刀刨削不同煤岩,煤岩发生三次阶跃破碎的切深与刀间距成高度线性相关;当煤岩抗压强度为4 MPa时,刀间距对阶跃破碎推力、阶跃破碎量影响不明显,这是由于刨刀受随机载荷较大所致,而当煤岩抗压强度大于8 MPa时,刀间距对阶跃破碎推力、阶跃破碎量影响较大,并成高度线性相关.刨刀间距与产尘量成反比,当刨刀间距达到30 mm时,破碎煤岩的单位比能耗最小. Aiming at the plow cutter broken the energy consumption of coal and rock, this paper studied tests with different planer cutter spacing, and the influences on the plow fragmentation parameters with different coal rocks (cut impedance 4MPa, 8MPa, 12MPa). The results show that when plow cuts coal and rock, the coal and rock take three steps with crushing cut depth and cutter spacing are a highly linear correlation; when the coal and rock cutting impedance 4MPa, cut spacing is not obvious with step broken thrust and step-crushing amount. This is due to the planer subject to random load. When the coal and rock cutting resistance is greater than 8MPa, cutter spacing are highly linear correlation with step broken thrust and the amount of impact. Planer spacing is inversely proportional to dust production, and with the planer spacing of 30mm, the broken coal and rock cost the minimum energy consumption.
