摘要
刘又文教授认为髋关节滑膜炎的病因可归纳为正虚、外邪和外伤三个因素,治疗应以调理脏腑为主,内调脾肝肾三脏,外祛诸邪,同时活血通络,化湿去热。在临床上运用通经活利汤加减治疗,取得了较为显著的疗效。
Professor Liu Youwen thought that the pathogen of hip synovitis can be summarized as Zhengxu, Waixie and Waishang. The treatment should focus on Tiaoli Zangfu; Pi, Gan and Shen were recuperated; Zhuxie was removed; Huoxue Tongluo and Huashi Qure should be paid attention. Treating hip synovitis with the Tongjing Huoli decoction can receive a satisfactory effect, is worthy of promotion.
