摘要
目的:探讨对慢性盆腔炎患者采用中药口服配合灌肠的临床效果。方法:选取我院门诊收治的慢性盆腔炎患者74例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式分为两组各37例,其中对照组口服妇科千金胶囊,观察组应用中药口服配合灌肠治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:对照组临床疗效为78.4%,明显低于观察组91.9%,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药口服配合灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效明显,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with enema in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases. Methods： 74 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases treated in our hospital were selected as research subjects, they were divided into two groups according to difference in treatment, 37 cases in each group, the control group was treated with Fukeqianjin capsules, while the observation group received oral Chinese medicine combined with enema, the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 91.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 78.4%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with enema was remarkable in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases, it was worth promoting.
