摘要
高校辅导员大多与在校大学生年龄相仿,学习与生活场域接近,被誉为大学生身心成长与政治成熟的"第一导师"。辅导员的媒介素养将直接对大学生产生影响。辅导员的媒介使用习惯符合青年学生的新媒介使用特点,具有较强的贴近性和互动性。辅导员应当利用这种优势,提升媒介素养,如加强关注信息专注力、提升信息识别力,提高媒介参与力和提升舆论引导力,在舆论引导、网络思政等方面发挥"人生导师"的作用。
A majority of the counselors in universities are similar to students in ages and fields of learning and living, so that they are known as "the first mentor" for college students' mental and physical development and politic maturity. The counselors' accomplishments of using media exert direct effects on students. Their habits of using media conform to young students' characteristics of using new media, embodying strong closeness and interaction. They should make full use of this advantage by improving their accomplishments of using media. For instance, they need to enhance focus on information, ability of recognizing information, participation of using media and influence of public opinions, thus bringing their functions as "life mentors" into full play in leading public opinions, educating ideology and politic through the internet and other aspects.
