支持性护理对前列腺癌患者需求的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的 探索支持性护理对前列腺癌患者需求的影响. 方法 1 002例前列腺癌男性参与调查研究. 结果 调查结果显示,82%的患者存在未被满足支持护理需求,包括心理、性方面和卫生系统及信息需求.回归分析表明治疗后护理照顾缺乏对预示未被满足需求有重要意义. 重要的是患者与护士的接触或接受忠告和来自护士的支持,可能对患者的预后产生重要的影响. 结论 未被满足需求不仅与疾病和治疗因素相关,亦与支持性护理干预相关. 改善前列腺癌患者的治疗结局需要护士的参与,提供必要的支持性护士干预.
