摘要
海洋环境下预应力混凝土箱梁,受到大气盐雾中氯盐等有害物质的侵蚀作用,导致箱梁中的钢筋出现锈蚀现象,严重影响混凝土结构的耐久性能,从而混凝土箱梁难以达到100年的设计寿命要求。基于可靠度理论,分别对混凝土箱梁悬臂板、斜腹板中钢筋以及底板主筋的服役寿命进行预测。结果表明:海洋大气环境中预应力混凝土箱梁、悬臂板与斜腹板在短期内就会发生锈蚀,箱梁底板主筋的锈蚀时间相对较长,但是仍然无法达到100年的设计寿命要求。因此,必须对箱梁施加一定的防腐措施。
The steel bars of the pre-concrete box girders will be corroded because of the chloride or other harmful substances in the marine condition, which will cause serious damages to the structures. So the concrete box girder is hard to meet the requirement of the designed service life. Based on the reliability theory, the paper respectively predicts the service life of the cantilever slabs, inclined webs and bottom slabs' steels. It is found that the cantilever slabs and inclined webs will be corroded in a short time and the corrosion time of the bottom slabs' steels is relatively long. However, it still can' t reach the designed service life. So it' s necessary to take some measures to protect the pre-concrete box girders from being corroded.
