摘要
县域旅游资源开发创新是实现县域经济发展和产业转型的重要环节。文章从战略管理视角出发并以河北省临城县为例,梳理并评价了临城县旅游资源。借助BOS理论的核心分析工具ERIC四步骤和战略布局,构建临城县旅游资源开发创新框架以及价值曲线。结果表明,非正规产品和服务要剔除;景区门票价格、重复单一旅游线路、自然观光旅游产品三项要素要降低;生态文化旅游产品、特色旅游商品、服务质量与居民态度、旅游地品牌建设与传播、旅游基础与配套设施五个要素要高于传统县域旅游资源开发标准;情景体验式旅游产品、旅游新业态与市场、智慧旅游功能对接是临城县旅游资源开发创造性因素,也是临城县旅游资源开发在新常态理念和"互联网+"思维引领下开拓蓝海市场的关键。
Tourism resource development innovation is an important part of county 's economic development and industrial transformation. In this paper. from a strategic management perspective and take Hebei Lincheng County as an example,investigating and classifying Lincheng County's tourism resources. Then based on core analysis tool ERIC four steps and strategic layout of BOS theory, building Development and Innovation Framework of county tourism resources and Value Curve. The results showed that informal products and services should be excluded; three elements,including scenic ticket prices. repeating single tourist routes, nature tourism product, should be reduce; The standards of ecological and cultural tourism products. characteristic tourism commodity,quality of service and the attitude of the residents,tourism brand constrction and comunication,tourism infrastructure and facilities should be higher than traditional tourism resource development standards; scenario experience tourism product,newform of tourism and market wisdom tourism functions applying are creative tourism resources development factors of Lincheng County. And it's also the decisive factor for Lincheng County to develope tourism resources in "Bule Ocean" Market under the guidance of the "newnormal" concept and "Internet + " thinking.
