摘要
新常态下地勘单位改革势在必行,解放思想,摒弃陈旧的理念,明确自己在社会生产关系中的位置,是地勘单位推动改革的前提条件;政府强有力的政策支持是地勘单位改革发展的必要条件。地勘单位应找准自身改革发展的切入点,强化人才队伍建设,不断优化传统地质勘查技术、创新新技术,拓展和转化地勘业务,利用"互联网+"助推地勘单位发展新格局。
The reform of geological prospecting units must be enforced under the new normal. This means that the first things we must do are to emancipate our minds, get rid of old notions, and know clearly about our position in the social production relations. With the support of powerful government policies, the geological prospecting units should find a proper breakthrough point for the own reform development, enhance efforts to talents team-building, work constantly to optimize traditional geological exploration technology, innovate new technology, expand and transform geological exploration business, and boost the new pattern of development of geological exploration units by using ＂Internet＋＂.
