摘要
在总结生物淋滤除铬的原理、工艺、技术参数的基础上,对该技术的工程投资和运行成本进行了核算,可以认为,生物淋滤技术除铬率高、工艺简单、成本较低,同时兼具污泥调理的作用,相比化学法更易在制革企业推广。同时,针对制革污泥高浓度的有机物,现行以自养型好氧菌为主的生物淋滤法,仍然需要在高效脱铬方面进行相应的技术开发,如何获得高效的异养型微生物菌剂并实现产业化,也需要进一步深入研究。
The principle, process and technical parameters of bioleaching for removal of chromium from tannery sludge were summarized. The engineering investment and operating costs were calculated. The results show that the bioleaching technology has the advantages of high efficiency, simple process, low cost and sludge conditioning function, which compared to chemical method is easy to be widely used for tannery. The tannery sludge contains high concentrations of organic matter, bioleaching method is mainly based on autotrophic aerobic bacteria, and requires the development of appropriate technology for efficient removal of chro- mium. How to obtain high efficient microbial inoculants and its engineering utilization needs further study.
