摘要
目前相关数据和研究表明,东北地区人口流失趋势已经出现,深入分析形成人口流失现象的多重原因,客观探讨其对东北经济发展的多重影响,成为"新东北现象"讨论的一个重要主题。立足于学界对东北地区人口流失现象分析的基本现状,着重结合相关研究中的城市化因素,对东北地区人口流失现象进行补充讨论,将有助于找到化解其不利影响的相应策略,推动东北地区的顺利转型和振兴发展。
At present,relevant data and studies show that population loss trend has emerged in Northeast Area.Depth analysis of the multiple causes,objective discussion about the impact on the economic development of the Northeast,becomes an important theme for the discussion of the 'new northeast phenomenon'.Based on the academic situation of the losing population in Northeast Area,combining with the factor of urbanization emphatically,for an in-depth additional discussion,this will help us to discover strategy for resolving adverse effect,promote the social transition and revitalization successfully.
