摘要
为了分析改进后药型罩作为新型串联战斗部结构的有利性,对低密度材料形成射流的过程进行研究。针对不同的炸高条件,对射流侵彻反应装甲后是否引爆其内部夹层装药以及对后续主装甲侵彻效应进行对比分析。研究发现:双层装药结构可以形成一致性较好、长径比较大的聚能射流,对反应装甲有穿而不爆的显著优势;随着炸高的增大,以B炸药起爆压力值为判据,夹层炸药发生了不同程度的反应,分别发生爆轰、局部爆燃、未引爆现象;该双层药型罩结构形成的射流对主装甲侵彻的孔深比单层罩更深,但孔径较小。
The process of jet formed by low density materials is studied to analyze the advantages of the improved liner as a novel structure of the tandem warhead. The effects of detonation of sandwich charge and the subsequent penetration into main armor under the condition of diffirent burst heights are compared. The results show that the sandwich charge structure can form a shaped charge jet with good consistency and large length-to-diameter ratio,which has the advantage of penetration-but-non-explosion. Putting detonation pressure value of B explosive as the criterion,the sandwich explosive reacts at different degrees,including detonation,local deflagration,non-detonation,with the rising of burst height;the depth of penetration hole on main armor is deeper than that of the single layer,but the hole diameter is smaller.
