发中微量元素与血压关系的分析

摘要 目的探讨发中微量元素与血压的关系.方法用原子吸收法对2组中学生发锌、发铜、发镉含量进行测量.结果血压偏高组中学生的发锌含量低于血压正常组中学生(P<0.05),发铜含量非常明显地低于血压正常组的中学生(P<0.01),发镉含量2组中学生无明显差异(P>0.05).结论血压偏高组中学生的发锌、发铜含量的降低与高血压病患者血清锌、铜含量降低一致. Objective To study the relation between the trace elements in the hair and blood pressure. Methods Zinc (Zn), Copper(Cu), Cadmium (Cd) in the hair of two groups of middle school students were studied by atomic assimilate method. Results The content of Zn in the hair in the relative high blood pressure group is lower than that of the normal blood pressure group (玃 <0.05).The content of Cu in the hair is much lower in the high blood pressure group.There is no difference of Cd content in the hair in two groups. Conclusion Content of the Zn, Cu in the hair in the relative high blood pressure group and in the serum of hypertensive are both lower.
