摘要 本文采用了新的光路,成功地摄制了Tig焊接电弧的形态图和激光全息干涉图,并附有一系列的电弧形态典型图象。在图象处理、运算的基础上,提出了电弧形态的数学模型表达式,给出了实测和计算的对比曲线。并能由相应的全息干涉图,求解电弧离子流场和温度场。研究表明,焊接规范参数—电弧形态—电弧温度场三者之间有着紧密联系。而且,可以用数学、物理方法相互转换。这些结果,对揭示电弧行为的本质;简化焊接工艺试验;提高焊接电—热效率,具有明显的理论和实际意义。 In this paper, A series of pictures of typical Tig Welding arc shape and laser holographic interferogram have been taken successfully by means of a new optical path schema. Based on the graphic processing and calculation, the mathematical model formula for are-shape is revealed. Some curves of comparison between calculation and practical measurement have been got. The arc ionic flowing field and temperature distribution can be worked out with the proper laser holographic interferogram. The research work also shows that the welding parameters, arc shape and temperature distribution are closely related to each other.These results have obvious theorical and practical significance in revealing the nature of arc behaviores, in simplifying the test of welding technology and in improving the welding, electrio-thermal efficiency.
