摘要
应用近红外光谱(NIR)技术并采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)模型,针对端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)固体推进剂药浆中燃速催化剂(BA)、增塑剂癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)和氧化剂高氯酸铵(AP)的含量建立了快速定量测定的方法。对BA、DOS和AP质量分数进行定量分析的结果表明,PLS-1模型和PLS-2模型对样品中BA和DOS质量分数的相关系数均能达到0.99以上,预测值平均相对误差均在5.0%左右;PLS-2模型对样品中AP质量分数的相关系数为0.9903,预测值平均相对误差为0.84%。实验结果说明利用近红外光谱法能够对HTPB固体推进剂药浆中功能组分的含量进行快速准确的定量分析。
Three major constituents,the combustion catalyst( BA),the plasticizer( dioctyl sebacate,DOS) and the oxidizer( oxidant ammonium perchlorate,AP) in hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene( HTPB) solid propellant slurry have been quantitative analyzed by near infrared spectroscopy( NIR) and partial least squares( PLS) methods. The correlation coefficients for the PLS-1 and PLS-2 models of the mass fraction of BA and DOS are 0. 99 or more,and the predicted average relative errors are around 5. 0%. The correlation coefficient for the PLS-2 model of the mass fraction of AP is 0. 9903,and the predicted average relative error is 0. 84%. The experimental results indicate that NIR spectroscopy can be used for the rapid and accurate quantitative analysis of HTPB propellant slurry.
