摘要
中国目前世界一流人才断缺和社会道德丧失底线,其根源在于教育。中国教育失败的深层原因在于它违背教育的基本规律。由于未来30年内中国经济总量可能提升为世界第一,必需大量人才支持中国的世界地位。因此,彻底改变中国教育模式已经刻不容缓。留学大潮的出现与国内教育不能满足学生需求密切相关。而教育改革的出路只有一条:开放民间资本,新建真正的私立大学。
The absence of the world's best talented person and loss of social moral bottom line in China are all rooted in the education. The reason of the failure of China's education is that it is contrary to the fundamental law of education. As the total economy of China may be promoted to the first of the world in the future,China needs a large number of talented personnel to support its position in the world. Therefore,China's education should be changed completely and urgently. The major trend of studying abroad is closely related to the reason that Chinese education cannot meet the needs of students. There is only one way for the education reform: open private capital,construct the new real private universities.
