摘要
运用文献资料、实地调查的方法,对2018平昌冬奥会奥林匹克教育进行了系统地回顾和梳理。丰富多彩的平昌冬奥会奥林匹克教育活动具有凸显和平议题,注重体验式教育,聚焦民族文化和现代科技,重视网络奥林匹克教育,平衡冬奥与冬残奥教育,发挥明星、平民2个效应6大特色,同时存在5个方面问题:启动时间较晚,冬奥项目普及度不高,形象大使过于侧重演艺明星,冬残奥与冬奥线上课程不同步,对志愿者保障不足。在分析特色和问题基础上,提出平昌冬奥会对2022北京冬奥会奥林匹克教育的启示有:突出青少年为重点教育人群;回应我国主要社会诉求;创办"一带一路"国家冬奥交流项目;注重网络、移动客户端建设;设置大量体验性活动;平衡冬奥和冬残奥教育内容;控制形象大使道德风险;抓好志愿者招募、培训和保障8个方面。研究结论对即将开展的北京2022年冬奥会奥林匹克教育提供借鉴和参考。
This paper reviews and combs the Olympic education of Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games by means of literature review and field investigation.Rich and colorful Olympic education of Pyeongchang Winter Olympics has six distinctive features,including highlighting the peace topic,paying attention to experiential education,focusing on the national culture and modern science and technology,attaching great importance to network Olympic education,paying equal attention to the Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games,using both star and civilian power.Meanwhile,it has five problems,such as too late launching,not popular enough,too many entertainer ambassadors,a synchronization online of Winter Paralympics'education curriculum and Winter Olympics'education courses,insufficient logistic support for volunteers.Based on the above,this study proposed eight enlightenments of Pyeongchang Winter Olympics to Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics'education,such as focus on the teenagers,respond to major social demands,set up the Belt and Road Winter Olympic experience exchange project,pay attention to the construction of network and mobile client,set a large number of experiential programs,balance the content of education for the Winter Olympics and Paralympics,control the moral hazard of image ambassadors,and do a good job in volunteer recruitment,training and protection.This study provided reference for the upcoming Olympic education in Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games.
