摘要
根据土壤养分含量本底调查资料、当地花椰菜传统栽培中氮化肥施用量过大的现状和花椰菜生长所需敏感元素,制定了减部分氮化肥、全部磷钾化肥并结合施用硼肥的试验方案;试验中对土壤水溶性硼含量、花椰菜硝酸盐含量和花椰菜各部分的硼含量进行了测定。结果表明:施用硼肥后,土壤水溶性硼增加了0.144 mg/kg,增加幅度达到23%;花椰菜样品各个部位的平均水溶性硼含量增加4.50 mg/kg,增加幅度达到32%;花椰菜可食部分的硝酸盐含量没有增加,花椰菜的产量没有降低,是一项可提高花椰菜潜在品质的安全农业技术。
According to the background survey of soil nutrients,the status quo of excessive application of chemical nitrogen fertilizer in the local conventional cauliflower production and the sensitive elements required for cauliflower growth,the experiment scheme of reducing chemical fertilizer rates of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was formulated in combination with boron fertilizer application,and in the experiment the content of watersoluble boron in soil and the cauliflower's nitrate and boron contents were determined.The results showed that application of boron fertilizer increased the soil's water-soluble boron content by 0.144 mg/kg or 23%and made the different cauliflower parts' average water-soluble boron content increase by 4.50 mg/kg or 32%,but the nitrate content of edible cauliflower part did not increase and the cauliflower yield did not decrease,indicating that this fertilizer practice was safe and could improve cauliflower quality.
